CR605 series universal liquid level transmitter

Short Description:

CR-605 series universal liquid level gauge is suitable for measurement of sewage, oil (sheathed tube), high viscosity, easy to crystallize, easy to adhere, changeable medium , foam or aerosol impact and other diffcult to measure situation. The whole machine does not have any movable or elastic parts with advantages of impact resistance, convenient installation, high reliability, high precision and good cost performance. It can replace the RF admittance, radar, ultrasonic, magnetostrictive and other level gauges to make accurate measurements.

The core components use advanced RF capacitance sensing circuit to convert to standard electric signal after precision temperature compensate and linear correction through inner processor. The product uses tomography technology to automatically detect the dielectric constant and temperature changes of the medium, automatically calibrate, and automatically adapt to the measured medium. In any case, you can adapt to different measurement requirements in complex locations without recalibration. And it has excellent resistance to hanging materials, anti-condensation, anti-bubble and other super adaptability. The product’s own protection rating is IP68, which enables long-term stable measurement in harsh environments.

The product complies with GB3836.4-2010 <Explosive environment part 4  protected by intrinsically safe type “i”> and GB3638.1-2010 <Explosive environment part 1 equipment general requirements”> explosion-proof mark: Ex iaIIC T6 Ga, and it has passed the inspection of the National Quality Supervision Center for explosion-proof electrical products and obtained the explosion-proof certificate, number: CNEx16.1058.

The liquid level gauge is a standard two-wire or four-wire instrument. It uses the connection method of the lead wire or terminal block to communicate with the host computer. The terminal block is located on the wiring side inside the instrument housing. The signal wire should use shielded wire or twisted wire. It should not be routed near high-power equipment through other conduits or open-line slots with other power cables.

   The universal level gauge has a variety of mounting and fixing methods to suit different site conditions. When the site can not provide process facilities such as internal thread or flange, you can choose from three installation methods: wall-mounted, horizontal pipe rack and vertical pipe rack, which makes you feel comfortable in the field installation.(attched figure)
