Input level sensor

The input level gauge is based on the principle that the measured hydrostatic pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid. The piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon or ceramic sensitive components is used to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal. After temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into a 4-20mADC standard current signal output. The sensor part of the input static pressure level transmitter can be directly put into the liquid, and the transmitter part can be fixed by flange or bracket, which is very convenient for installation and use.

The input level gauge is made of advanced isolated diffused silicon sensitive components. It can directly measure the height from the end of the water level gauge to the water surface by directly into the container or water body, and pass the water level value through 4–20mA current or RS485 signal. Output.

Structure and composition
The two-wire input level gauge consists of a special air-conducting cable with a built-in capillary hose, a pressure-resistant connector and a probe. The probe configuration of the input level gauge is a stainless steel core with a diaphragm at the bottom and is covered by a perforated plastic housing. The level measurement is actually the difference between the hydrostatic pressure on the probe and the actual atmospheric pressure, and then the ceramic sensor (attached to the stainless steel film) and the electronic components convert the differential pressure into a 4-20 mA output signal.

Application
Static pressure input type liquid level transmitter (input type liquid level meter) is suitable for liquid level measurement of various media in petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other systems and industries. The compact structure, simple adjustment and flexible installation make it easy for users to use. Standard signal output methods such as 4~20mA, 0~5v, 0~10mA are optional by the user. The stainless steel sensor of the input level gauge has a cable with an extensible polyurethane shell material. The input level gauge can be selected with a sensor with a heavy anchor. This input level gauge is used for fluctuations. Or in a liquid environment of rapids.

Characteristics
Good stability and high precision

Directly put into the measured medium, installation and use is quite convenient.

Solid-state structure, no moving parts, high reliability, long service life. From water, oil to paste with high viscosity, high-precision measurement can be carried out without being affected by foaming, deposition and electrical properties of the measured medium.

Wide range of temperature compensation.

With power reverse polarity protection and overload current limit protection.

Applicability
Input level gauges are widely used in urban water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, groundwater, reservoirs, rivers, oceans and other water level monitoring areas.
