The CR-6062 industrial grade fuel level transmitter (fuel level sensor) core components are converted to standard electrical signals (typically 4-20 mA) using advanced RF capacitance sensing circuits through 16-bit microcontrollers with precise temperature compensation and linear correction. Optional HART, CANBUS, 485 communication protocol for system configuration. The full range of transmitters are self-calibrating, allowing users to automatically calibrate “zero” and “range” with two buttons or two leads to suit different requirements in complex locations.

The sensing part of the CR-6062 industrial grade fuel level transmitter (fuel level sensor) is a coaxial container that causes a change in the capacitance between the sensor housing and the sensing electrode when the fuel enters the container. This variation is passed through the circuit. The conversion is performed with precise linear and temperature compensation, and a 4-20 mA standard signal is output to the display meter.
